Private Financing
Texas Training School accepts cash, credit card, ACH, money order, and check when accepted by the school. Tuition and fees must be paid in full on or before the first day of the program unless an approved sponsoring-agency arrangement applies.

Texas Training School does not add a credit-card surcharge at the time of payment. If a refund later becomes due, certain refund deductions may apply as described in the catalog.
WIOA or workforce funding may be available through local Workforce Solutions offices for eligible students. Eligibility is reviewed individually by the workforce office or sponsoring agency, and funding is not guaranteed. Students pursuing WIOA funding must complete all required workforce paperwork and may not start an online program until funding is approved
Some students may be supported by an approved sponsoring agency. Texas Training School follows the sponsoring agency’s tuition reimbursement policy, and refunds are made according to the sponsoring agency’s requests.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A full refund is available if a student cancels the enrollment contract within 72 hours, until midnight of the third day excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, after the enrollment contract is signed.
After the 72-hour cancellation period, refunds for asynchronous distance education programs are calculated based on the number of lessons in the program. The school may retain $50 of tuition and fees, and any remaining refund is calculated according to the approved refund policy.

Each program also includes a separately stated $500 technology fee for the laptop computer provided to the student. Once the laptop has been delivered to or accepted by the student, the technology fee is generally nonrefundable unless the laptop and all original accessories, packaging, documentation, and components are returned in brand-new, unused, undamaged, and resalable condition within the retailer’s applicable return period, the retailer accepts the return, and the retailer’s refund to the school has fully cleared.

Students should review the catalog and enrollment agreement for the full cancellation, refund, technology-fee, returned-check, and credit-card refund-deduction policies.
