Applicants must be a high school graduate or GED holder and provide proof of completion.

All instruction is provided in English. Students must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.

Because programs are online, students must be able to access technology and reliable internet.

Technology Requirements
Since all programs are delivered online, students must be able to access technology and the internet. Students need equipment that allows them to use email, phone calls, text messages, online learning tools, and interactive program activities.
Students should have access to:

A laptop computer is provided as part of the program’s separately stated technology fee. Students should review the catalog and enrollment agreement for full technology-fee, laptop, refund, and return terms.
Applicants meet with a member of the admissions team before acceptance. This meeting helps the school better understand your goals, schedule, readiness, and commitment to succeed in an online career training program. The catalog states that applicants must meet with admissions to be considered for acceptance.
Admissions will provide the school catalog so you can review program details, school policies, tuition and fees, completion requirements, refund policies, student responsibilities, and career-services information before enrollment.
Step 4: Complete your admissions essay
Applicants complete a short written essay explaining why they want to attend. The essay is reviewed for comprehension, grammar, and critical thinking skills using the school’s admissions rubric.
Step 5: Submit required documentation
Applicants must provide proof of high school graduation or GED completion. Applicants must also be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English because all instruction is provided in English.
Step 6: Complete enrollment and payment/funding arrangements
If accepted, students complete the enrollment process and finalize tuition payment or approved funding arrangements before starting the program. The catalog states that tuition and fees must be paid in full on or before the first day of the program, and students pursuing WIOA funding may not start until WIOA funding is approved.
Step 7: Begin your online program
Texas Training School offers year-round enrollment, with new student starts each Monday except when the Monday is a published school holiday. Online course content is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, except during announced maintenance.
