Permitted disclosures may include disclosures to school officials with legitimate educational interests, officials of another school where the student seeks or intends to enroll, authorized government representatives, parties connected with financial aid or sponsoring-agency support, appropriate officials in health or safety emergencies, accrediting or regulatory organizations, and other parties as permitted by FERPA.
Texas Training School’s catalog identifies certain information as directory information, including name, address, telephone number, email address, date and place of birth, enrollment status, dates of attendance and graduation, field of study, and diploma or degree received.
